Epiroc are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and competitiveness. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

Assist in developing and maintaining pricing models and tools
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior
Support pricing strategy execution across products or services
Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, margins, and profitability
Conduct data analysis to identify pricing opportunities and risks
Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align pricing decisions
Monitor pricing compliance and recommend adjustments when needed
Maintain accurate pricing data in internal and external (customer) systems

Qualifications & Skills required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables); knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong numerical capability with a solid analytical background.
Passion for numbers and pricing, with an appreciation for pricing methodologies and their business impact.
Advanced Excel skills; working understanding of SQL concepts and how SQL is used in data processes.
Broad commercial awareness, particularly how pricing decisions influence overall business performance.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, finance, data analysis, or a related field
Internship or coursework involving data analysis is advantageous
