ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you passionate about optimising supply chains and driving operational excellence? JTMEC is seeking an experienced Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing procurement, inventory, and logistics functions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and continually improve procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems and procedures.
• Analyse data and trends to optimise inventory levels and reduce holding costs.
• Forecast demand and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Develop and manage processes for obsolete, slow-moving, and surplus inventory (OSMI).
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with agreed standards.
• Drive cost savings and operational efficiencies to enhance customer outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial insight, including:

• 5+ years’ experience in procurement, inventory, and logistics management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven experience implementing and improving inventory control systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage key stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (highly desirable).
