Join Our Team as a Field Service Technician – Surface Mining

Your Mission

Complete Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), routine maintenance, and troubleshoot/repair Epiroc products to manufacturer standards.
Run diagnostics on malfunctioning equipment/components, identify root causes, and execute hydraulic and electrical repairs independently.
Adhere to company safety and environmental standards, promote proper PPE usage, and work sustainably.
Communicate service activities promptly, issue technical reports, and maintain professional interactions with customers and internal teams.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company assets; manage spare parts identification and requests.
Actively use service software (Fleetsync, Techinfor, ACIGN) during installation, maintenance, and technical service phases..

Your Profile:

Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Strong time management, organization, communication, and teamwork skills
Analytical thinking and training abilities
Open to collaboration and continuous development
Skilled in competitive analysis
Complete mandatory company training (TL1, PDI, schematics, Safe Start Modules) within set timelines
Proficient in MS Office (intermediate level)
Flexible work hours.
