Maintenance Planner

Are you passionate about driving equipment reliability and maintenance excellence in a world-class mining environment? Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Maintenance Planner to lead the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities across surface and underground mining equipment. This role is critical in maximizing machine availability, improving operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting safe, cost-effective maintenance execution for some of the mining industry's most advanced equipment.
Your Mission
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Develop detailed work orders with labor, materials, tools, and safety requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance trends to improve reliability.
- Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and inspections to minimize operational downtime.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance resources before scheduled work.
- Maintain accurate CMMS records and report on key maintenance performance indicators.
Your Profile
- Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment, including drilling rigs, trucks, and loaders.
- Experience using CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret maintenance and operational data.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities in a maintenance environment.
- Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong collaborator who builds effective cross-functional relationships.
- Clear and confident communicator across all levels.
- Proactive problem solver with strong technical insight.
- Capable of motivating teams and driving performance.
