Site Supervisor - ENP

Join Epiroc Equipment Ghana Ltd., a leading brand in the mining and rock excavation industry, as a Site Supervisor located in Tarkwa. This role is an essential part of the Equipment & Service Business Area, specifically within the Service department focused on Mining & Rock Excavation Technique. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to driving service excellence and enhancing the performance of Epiroc mining machines on-site.

Your primary mission in this role is to ensure superior service delivery and optimize the performance of all Epiroc machines at the customer site. You will achieve this by implementing value-added services that ensure maximum customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Your Mission

• Conduct equipment inspections, provide daily condition reports, and recommend maintenance/repairs.
• Plan, supervise, and support preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM standards.
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and training collaboration to build team capability.
• Lead onsite technical team performance, development, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage reporting (daily, weekly, monthly), site meetings, and fleet data accuracy (FleetSync).
• Oversee inventory, parts rebuilding, safety initiatives, new equipment commissioning, and site assets (tools/vehicles).

Your Profile:

• Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong customer focus with an ability to perform effectively both independently and within a team environment. Discipline, result orientation, and a systematic approach to work organization are essential. In-depth technical knowledge related to the design, function, and maintenance of Epiroc equipment is required, including:
• Understanding of technical documentation and repair flowcharts specific to Epiroc machinery.
• Knowledge of specifications for lubricants and oils used in Epiroc equipment.
• Planning and executing preventive maintenance and repair schedules in line with OEM recommendations.
• Strong organizational abilities, detail-orientation, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities are critical to succeed in this role.
