Join us in driving service excellence and elevating Epiroc machine performance by delivering and implementing high‑value solutions on site that strengthen operational reliability and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your Mission
- Ensure full SHEQ compliance by conducting daily hazard and risk assessments, using PPE and spill kits correctly, participating in safety programs and JSEA development, and leading safety reporting and product safety initiatives.
- Perform daily equipment inspections while supervising, supporting, and executing OEM‑aligned maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, rebuilds, and new machine commissioning for Customer fleets.
- Provide regular technical reporting and fleet updates, advise on repairs and performance improvements, drive customer satisfaction, and expand Epiroc business opportunities through consistent customer engagement.
- Manage the technical team’s daily activities, ensure tool and vehicle care, oversee certification and competency development, conduct annual P&D reviews, and maintain a succession plan.
- Optimize inventory and parts availability according to OEM standards, maintain optimal stock levels, support machine uptime targets, and contribute to VMI and productivity performance goals.
- Achieve site revenue and customer share growth targets, support sales initiatives across Epiroc business areas, deliver monthly performance reviews, and complete all additional projects assigned by management.
Your Profile:
- Electrical and technical qualification proved by respective documents.
- At least 5 years of experience in service of mining/construction equipment.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, maintaining discipline and a results‑driven approach.
- Solid understanding of Epiroc equipment design, purpose, and technical documentation, including maintenance workflows and repair procedures.
- Knowledge of planned maintenance requirements, repair schedules, and correct specifications for lubricants and oils used on Epiroc equipment.
