Warehouse Administrator

Join Our Team as a Warehouse Administrator!
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating efficient processes? We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly and ensure every product reaches its destination safely and on time. In this role, you’ll supervise deliveries of goods into warehouses and ensure products are accounted for, are stored safely and securely, and are dispatched efficiently to customers. They also manage warehouse staff, which includes ensuring that they are working safely.
Your Mission
- On-site consignment stock management: Incoming and outgoing items
- Changes status in database, as required. (ie: Pending receiving, product pulled, etc.)
- Organization of inventories and stock reconciliations
- Supports the processing of product returns to central warehouse or DC
- Invoicing of orders
- Management of stock replenishment: Analysis of consumption history and replenishment proposal, taking into account forecasts
- Management of quotation requests and orders
- Follow the availability of orders and backorders to factories and distribution centers
- Ensure the accuracy of the documentation and ensure its transmission to the client
- Perform all required handling work
- Ensure the safety of the warehouse and the goods as well as their cleanliness in compliance with the rules of the site
- Provide the required assistance to the customer for all questions relating to Logistics and be a relay for Epiroc with the customer
- Proficient with database processes and usage.
- Provide reports as and when scheduled or called for.
- Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by the hierarchy
Your Profile:
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply.
- Flexibility to hours of operations and desire to be part of the 24 hour on call schedule.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting and knowledge of safe lifting methods.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Computer literacy, including working skills of MS Office, Excel and Microsoft
- Attention to detail.
