Warehouse Administrator

Epiroc is looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to support warehouse operations at ine of our sites in Ghana. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, stock management, and logistics coordination, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products while maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with inventory management or ERP systems, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, distribution centers, factories, and supply chain teams. Your Mission
- Manage consignment stock, including receiving, dispatching, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
- Process returns, invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and related warehouse documentation accurately and on time.
- Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption trends, and support replenishment planning to meet operational demands.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, factories, and distribution centers to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve logistics issues.
- Maintain safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations while preparing reports and driving continuous process improvements..
Your Profile:
- Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply or a related field.
- Flexibility to adapt to operational schedules, including participation in the 24-hour on-call rotation.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Capability to perform repetitive heavy lifting safely, coupled with knowledge of proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in computer use, especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and relevant database software.
- Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in stock management, documentation, and reporting.
