Join Our Team as a Warehouse Technician at Epiroc!
Warehouse Technicians provide timely and accurate warehousing, shipping and receiving services for all business lines. They will ensure that the company business goals of growth, market share, profitability and superior customer satisfaction are met.
The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds and is occasionally required to lift up to and in excess of 100 pounds. The position is considered Safety Sensitive.

Monday to Friday – 40 hours a week with occasional Overtime
Responsibilities:
Level 1
- Receive and store incoming Stock Replenishment shipments and deliver to the Service Department as needed within a timely manner
- Ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and completely as specified
- Deliver parts to customer site or provide parts to customers for onsite pickup • Maintain precise stock locations in Company inventory system, M3. Participate in Physical Inventory Counts, as needed
- Ensure the warehouse environment is maintained in a clean, organized and safe manner following established 5S guidelines, performing minor building and yard maintenance as needed. Understand and adhere to Company safety and environmental requirements, safety is our first priority
- Work on special projects as needed and directed by the Aftermarket and Customer Service Manager
Level 2: In additional to the tasks outlined in Level 1, the Level 2 warehouse technician will be responsible for:
- Perform quality checks on components to ensure they are meeting Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications before shipping to customers
- Visual inspection and processing of Reman and service exchange components, as received
- Support with tracking incoming orders
- Support and aid in the development of continuous improvement efforts
- Execute full inventory cycle count process
Requirements:
Level 1
- High school graduate or equivalent education required
- Forklift certification and demonstrated ability to safely operate a forklift
- Previous warehousing experience preferred, strong communication skills and work ethic
- Successful candidates must be able to sit for extended periods if needed, use hands to feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. They will occasionally be required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and regularly are required to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Complete Safe Start Modules 1-5 within first year of employment, complete other Company required trainings, as needed
- May be required to work On-Call hours as business needs require
Level 2: In addition to the experience in Level 1, the Level 2 warehouse technician should also have the following:
- Previous warehousing experience required, 2+ years
- Knowledge on how to handle excess stock and stock adjustments
