We are looking for a Digital Service Engineer to support the deployment and long-term operation of our Titan Onboard and Titan Collision Avoidance System (CAS) solutions. You will work hands-on with advanced digital safety technologies that help customers operate more safely, reliably and efficiently in demanding mining environments.
In this role, you will connect customers, service teams, project managers and product specialists, taking responsibility for our solutions throughout their lifecycle, from installation and commissioning to optimization, training and ongoing technical support.
Your mission
You will:
- Install and commission Titan Onboard and Titan CAS solutions on surface and underground mining equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance, system health checks, upgrades and technical inspections.
- Support customer acceptance testing, including FAT, SAT and UAT activities.
- Prepare clear installation, commissioning, service and site-visit documentation.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements, pilot projects and deployment best practices.
What you bring
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree, diploma or equivalent technical qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, IT or a related field.
- Experience in field service, commissioning, technical support, industrial automation, telematics, communication systems or safety-related technologies.
- Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of industrial networks, wireless communication, sensor technologies and machine integration.
- An understanding of CAN Bus, vehicle communication systems and electrical schematics.
- Confidence working with software configuration, diagnostics and technical documentation.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently in remote and technically demanding environments.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and accurate documentation.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Experience in mining operations, collision-avoidance technology, fleet management, positioning systems or machine-guidance solutions would be an advantage. Relevant safety, mining-induction or OEM technical certifications are also welcome.
