What you will do
As a Service Administrator, you will be at the heart of our service organization, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, service technicians, suppliers, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing service orders from quotation through execution to final invoicing.
- Coordinating spare parts orders, deliveries, and backorders.
- Planning and coordinating field service assignments for service technicians.
- Maintaining service documentation, invoices, and customer records.
- Supporting service agreements and monitoring their execution.
- Handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Monitoring service order progress and helping resolve operational issues.
- Working closely with customers, service technicians, suppliers, and colleagues across the business to ensure excellent service delivery.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who likes working with people, enjoys keeping things organized, and is always willing to help customers and teammates.
You will likely be successful in this role if you:
- Have experience in service administration, customer support, aftermarket operations, or a similar role.
- Are comfortable working with MS Office and ERP systems.
- Communicate fluently in Greek and have a good working knowledge of English.
- Are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Can manage multiple priorities and keep things moving forward.
- Enjoy collaborating with different people and departments.
- Are a team player who supports others and contributes to a positive working environment.
- Have a growth mindset and are eager to learn and develop.
