Job Description:

• Carry out daily jobs as assigned by Service Manager/Service Supervisor 

• Attend to customers’ problem regarding PSD products and perform necessary repairs.

• Apply and maintain all applicable safety standards at work.

• Follow instructions given in scope of works in service job/quotations.

• Implement correct working method, use the correct tool, and obey safety rules.

• Write reports on jobs done on the service Job Order form, recommend, and follow up actions including the needed spare parts, if necessary.

• Explain to customer if any follow up or repair job needs to be done.

• Feedback to onsite Service Supervisor on required follow-up actions. 

• Maintain satisfactory cleanliness at equipment and surrounding area after service job is done.

• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of all workshop equipment and/or tools.

• Maintain service vehicle and upkeep workshop area.

• Record time spent in field and workshop activities.

• Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

• Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Triple Certification Systems:

o Health and Safety of all employees, customers, and contractors as your first priority per ISO 45001:2018 and RA 11058

o Reducing our impact upon the Environment with ISO 14001:2015

o Consistency in Quality service delivery using ISO 9001:2015 

 

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

a) Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;

b) Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;

c) Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
