Job Description:

* Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimum equipment performance and operational continuity for Epiroc machines.

* Monitor fleet performance, maintenance requirements, and component life cycles to support efficient asset management and long-term operational planning.

* Support commissioning, deployment, and lifecycle management activities for new and existing equipment.

* Develop and maintain operational, maintenance, and performance reports to support decision-making and service improvement initiatives.

* Ensure effective site coordination and service planning to enhance maintenance execution and customer support activities.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset optimization, equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety, and profitability.

* Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to align service delivery with operational and business objectives.

* Analyze operational and maintenance data to generate actionable insights, support planning activities, and improve overall equipment performance.

* Ensure accurate documentation, system updates, and data management through ERP and maintenance management systems such as BPCS.

* Utilize industry knowledge and service expertise to strengthen aftermarket support, improve service quality, and respond effectively to evolving business requirements.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

* Strong service planning and maintenance coordination skills for mining equipment.
* Good understanding of preventive maintenance, component lifecycle management, and fleet performance monitoring.
* Ability to analyze operational and maintenance data for planning and decision-making.
* Strong customer coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of asset optimization, equipment reliability, and aftermarket service operations.
* Proficiency in ERP/Maintenance Management Systems such as BPCS and reporting tools.
* Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to changing business and site requirements.
* Strong focus on safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
