Office Boy - Job Description: 

The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises, assisting staff with daily tasks, and ensuring smooth functioning of office operations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries.
• Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and managed efficiently.
• Support office staff in minor errands within and outside the office premises.
• Monitor and maintain basic office equipment (e.g., printers, coffee machines).
• Report any maintenance issues to the admin team promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of office operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Honest, reliable, and physically fit for routine tasks.

Work Conditions:

Full-time position
