Job Description:

• Ensure achievement of all contractual KPIs (cost per meter, tool life, availability, service levels, etc.).
• Oversee daily RDT site operations including grinding, tool maintenance, and technical support.
• Overall performance evaluation of CPM contract at site and to suggest for optimum utilization of Rock drilling tools.
• This position must have full ownership and control to take small initiatives at the site level that can help to improve the overall profitability of the contract.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and customer's operational standards.
• Monitor drilling performance and provide technical recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain optimal operational efficiency of grinding machines and related equipment.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile preferred).
• RDT Level 1 & Level 2 Certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in RDT applications and site operations.
• Experience in Mining / Construction / Quarry environments preferred.
• Prior experience in CPM contract execution will be an added advantage.
