Sr Service Engineer - RC

Position : Sr Service Engineer - RC

Roels & Responsibilities:

•    Supervise and mentor a team of technical staff, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious working environment.
•    Implement and maintain compliance with all safety guidelines and protocols during service and rebuild procedures.
•    Provide on-site support and technical assistance for non-Zinc Drills, and HZL equiepments to ensure uninterrupted operation and client satisfaction.
•    Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and improve equipment reliability.
•    Maintain detailed documentation of service procedures, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory for effective resource management.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

•    Proven experience leading technical teams in maintenance-heavy environments, preferably within heavy machinery or mining equipment sectors.
•    Degree/Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering with minimum 10 years of hand on experience.
•    Strong mechanical aptitude with a specialization in BOOMER, LHD and Drifter drills is essential.
•    Capability to lead rebuild and overhaul projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
•    Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on being soft-spoken and effective when managing a diverse team.
•    Thorough understanding of safety protocols related to equipment servicing and personnel management.
•    Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and operational standards.

Key competencies required for this role:

Should be soft spoken and collaborate with team members. 
Explain simply: Turn complex technical terms into easy words that non-technical clients/guy can understand. 
Show empathy: Stay calm and polite when clients or team member are stressed or upset. Represent the brand well: Act as a respectful and professional face for the company.
