Position: Sr. Service Engineer - SK Mine

Job Description:

1.Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with company and customer safety standards.
Promote Zero Harm culture and safe work practices.
Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Ensure proper use of PPE, LOTO procedures, and risk assessments.
2. Maintenance Operations
Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.
Minimize machine downtime by improving MTTR and increasing MTBF.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
Ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance documentation.
3. Team Leadership
Supervise and guide to technicians.
Allocate manpower effectively across shifts.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Train and mentor team members to improve technical competency.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Ensure timely closure of work orders in the maintenance management system.
Prepare technical reports, RCA reports, and improvement plans.
Support audits and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
