Team Leader  – RD Mines

Job Description:

- Lead and coordinate truck/loader operators and maintenance staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with Epiroc's operational standards.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor daily truck/loader operations in underground mining environments.
- Ensure trucks/loaders are utilized efficiently to meet production targets.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (B.E./Diploma).
- Ability to supervise operators and technicians in mining environments.
- Strong people management, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
- Capability to enforce safety standards and operational discipline.
- Solid understanding of mechanical and RCS systems in mining trucks.
- Knowledge of powertrain components (engine, transmission, axles).
- Familiarity with Kaizen principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to conduct performance analysis and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis.
- Clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams and mine operators.
- Presentation skills for reporting performance and project updates.
