 Technical Service Manager

Job Description:

It includes below mentioned but not limited to:
•    Lead, manage and develop a team of Product Specialist/Drill master towards respective area of products or other service.
•    Lead Reliability Improvement program for all products in cost effective way
•    Continuously identify and develop technical solutions to make product more reliable and efficient 
•    Develop technical solutions along with close collaboration with product company and EITC Bangalore as required by local operations and customer
•    Set up an efficient practice in the contribution from Product Specialist/ Drill master to continuous product improvement.
•    Report, follow up and take actions on safety related observations. (RCA).
•    Develop best of trainings and SOP for service operations 
•    Get the training delivered effectively in classroom as well as on the floor to maintenance team as well as to operator
•    Establish efficient links to all the product companies 
•    Implements a Safety-First mentality in all work performed within Product specialist and drill master.
•    Develop Drill Masters to level of showing the best out of the product 
•    Act as a backup for Product Specialist/Drill master in the team.
•    Attract right people to the function and develop people within function.
•    Create specific short and long-term mission for everyone in the team.
•    Inform the people of relevant topics coming from management forums.
•    Develop a culture of knowledge share among the Product Specialist/Drill Master.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

•    Degree in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronics Engineering 
•    A good communicator and a good team player.
•    Able to deal with deadlines, being customer oriented and pro-active.
•    Strong personal drive and extensive analytical skills.

     Minimum 12-15 years of aftermarket service support experience from mining and construction industry/equipment
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Have handled a team of 20 + people
