HR Business Partner /Maternity Cover/

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire) across the OTUG project and relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate employment records and ensure proper document archiving.
- Support workforce planning and labor relations in coordination with managers.
- Provide timely updates to Payroll on compensation changes.
- Collaborate on non-technical training and support talent development efforts.
- Identify training needs, develop materials, and deliver sessions as scheduled.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and suggest improvements.
- Lead or participate in HR projects as assigned.
- Address employee relations matters and conduct issue investigations when needed.
- Oversee leave administration and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions aligned with business needs.
- Travel to customer sites and Epiroc facilities (2–3 days/month).
- Organize internal events and represent the company at job fairs.
- Handle employee queries promptly and professionally.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the mining or service industry; strong background in staffing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and related regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Broad knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational development, employee and union relations, diversity, and performance management.
