Responsibilities:

• Become the technical expert for product application knowledge and options.
• To be the link between customer and factory in regards to product performance. To obtain information and provide feedback to enable product improvements
• To be responsible for OT FFP documentation related to sales of new equipment.
• To fulfill and support commissioning and startup for the new equipment by issuing all necessary reports
• To drive the project and field test, and report the outcome.
• To liaise with the Customer in order to support Epiroc products
• Track and coordinate Battery (BEV) regular services, monitor performance
• To monitor product performance, initiate reports to the end user and sales and P&S teams.
• To undertake technical investigations in order to resolve problems and provide customer support
• To support the service team with technical knowledge.
• Conduct productivity studies
• Support the sales force in their selling efforts, including the preparation of major quotations, product application studies, and sales support material
• Work closely with other business lines to capitalize on synergies and capture and consolidate business opportunities. Eg Parts and service, Rock drilling tools,etc.
• Travel as required to fulfil the duties of the role, and this includes travel on weekends or overseas.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with underground products and/or their applications.
• Good knowledge and experience in the mining industry.
• Proven technical experience within mining/construction products.
• Technical mining-related education and/ or work equivalent
• Fluent English is essential.

• Good leadership and team-building skills
• Self-motivated and well-organized working profile
• To be and to have a problem-solving attitude
