Raisebore Supervisor

Epiroc Mongolia is looking for a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Raisebore Supervisor at our PSD Underground department.

Specific tasks and responsibilties, but are not limited to:

•    Manage the shift drilling crew and daily activities related to raise drilling
•    Communicate daily activities with Mine management
•    Prepare information for meetings & reports
•    Meeting contractual KPI's
•    Ensure that we have safety as priority
•    Development of the organization
•    Customer satisfaction through keeping our commitments
•    Coaching and training of colleagues and customers
•    Challenges with new cultures and working environment 

Formal knowledge and experience needed:

•    Technical University or Technical College degree

•    Practical knowledge and experience of Raise Bore drill operation and maintenance

•    Good command of English language both spoken and written is a must.

•    Good knowledge of PC and Computer programs: MS Office (Word, PP and other)

•    Good knowledge of Epiroc products both for surface and underground mining and geological drilling

•    Practical experience in the service of mining or similar heavy industrial equipment is mandatory

•    Ability to provide quick and clear communication with different groups of people

•    Ability to work on his own
