Epiroc Mongolia LLC is seeking a Service Support Specialist to join our PSD Maintenance Department. If you are passionate about technical support, customer relations, and service excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Customer Relations

• Provide expert technical support to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships through visits, calls, and correspondence.

• Ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and shared internally.

Operational & Service Support

• Lead the Service Support Team.

• Support the Oyu Tolgoi Open Pit maintenance and operation team.

• Participate in site service, fieldwork, and workshop activities.

• Assist in equipment start-ups and commissioning.

• Provide remote support for field and workshop technicians.

Warranty, Fleet, and Product Safety Management

• Process warranty claims and maintain the Warranty On-Line (WOL) database.

• Regularly update fleet management databases (MOL/Fleetsync).

• Ensure product safety compliance and timely documentation.

• Administer and improve TechInfo systems, including user training.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare monthly activity reports for the Operations Manager.

• Develop and implement annual and short-term work plans for the field service team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental standards, and internal procedures.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mining equipment maintenance/repair.

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and defect analysis skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office programs.

• English language proficiency (spoken and written).

Soft Skills & Personality Traits:

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Logical, analytical, and creative thinker with a proactive approach.
