Position objective:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist support the organization’s efforts in both recruitment and employee engagement. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives, while also overseeing employee relations matters to foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about both connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities and ensuring a supportive employee experience.

 

Specific tasks and responsibilities, but are not limited to:
 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future workforce needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through digital campaigns and recruitment events.
  • Partner with universities and educational institutions to identify emerging talent and support internship or graduate programs.
  • Attend career fairs and employer branding activities to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor hiring managers and interviewers on effective recruitment practices, including interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • When required, assist in handling employee relations issues in coordination with the HR team.

 

Formal knowledge and experience needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English and local language.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment is the best practices.
