Workshop Manager

Epiroc Mongolia is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at our KB Branch in Khanbogd Soum. This role is responsible for managing workshop operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, customer satisfication, and financial performance.

• Work Location: Khanbogd Soum, Umnugobi Province
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workshop operations with strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.

• Drive the successful implementation and development of the Service Center Workshop in Khanbogd.

• Ensure compliance with Epiroc SHEQ standards and all regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and improve workshop KPIs (WIP, productivity, utilization, efficiency, job cycle time, backlog).

• Manage budget, costs, and financial performance of the branch.

• Develop and coach employees, promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.

• Strengthen customer relationships and support business development initiatives.

• Ensure effective warehouse and supply chain processes in line with company SOPs.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a similar operation (workshop, service center, or mining equipment service preferred).

• Strong knowledge of workshop operations, safety, and quality systems.

• Financial acumen and understanding of costing models.

• Good communication skills in Mongolian and English.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.

• Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of urgency.
