Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Underground Mining Portfolio Manager to drive the sustainable and profitable growth of our underground equipment portfolio across the Southern European region.

In this role, you will ensure strong product leadership, technical excellence, and clear customer value delivery while working closely with the Business Line Manager and regional sales teams. You will play a key role in accelerating the adoption of automation, electrification, and digitalization solutions, helping customers unlock productivity, efficiency, and sustainability in underground mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Underground Mining portfolio across the Southern European region.

• Support the adoption and implementation of automation, electrification, and digitalization solutions.

• Execute the regional product strategy in alignment with global business objectives.

• Provide technical and commercial support for quotations and product configuration.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

• Engage with key customers, supporting field trials, site evaluations, and lifecycle value discussions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Companies, PSD, and the Underground Mining Business Line Manager to ensure aligned execution.

• Support product launches and ensure the regional sales teams are well prepared and equipped to succeed.

What You Bring

• Strong technical understanding of underground mining equipment, including automation, electrification, and digitalization.

• Solid commercial and market analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate customer needs into product and business actions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• A strong customer-centric mindset with deep application understanding.

• A proactive, self-driven approach, with the ability to operate independently while remaining aligned with regional strategy.

• Fluent English communication skills; additional regional languages are considered a strong advantage.
