Are you interested in Lead a logistics team  Join our team of Country supply chain lead.

Your Mision: as a Support Supply Chain Operations Manager you’ll be responsible to ensure the country logistics operations is meeting the Supply Chain targets and requirements of the Divisions & Customer Centre and act as the responsible country logistics lead to secure adherence to agreed ways of working maintain and further develop good leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the country’s warehouses and branches in order as per Epiroc supply chain standard in line with the local rule to ensure operational excellence and customers satisfactions.
  • Responsible on country level for delivering according to our main 4 KPI's
  • Close cooperation and interaction with BLMs and CC teams when it comes to country supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate the inbound/outbound, warehousing operations, physical stock management, support orders management in line with Regional Order Fulfillment Manager Process, import and export execution following regional import and export management guidelines.
  • Supports Supply Chain Operations Manager to ensure CC's are following logistics principles, policies and processes of the new Supply Chain organization.
  • Actively participate in setting performance targets, monitor and report performance and ensure that targets for the country’s supply chain operations are met.
  • Actively role in country supply chain project implementation as part of the Accelerate Program.
  • Be the first point of contact in the respective country when it comes to supply chain operation continuous improvements.
  • High focus on identifying and implementing operational cost saving initiatives.

 

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 Years of Supply Chain Experience  
  • Proficiency in Epiroc ERPs. [ BPCS, GIM, among others], Excel
  • Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Supply Chain and/or Logistics an asset
  • Skillful MS Office user (mainly Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Ability to give feedback and counsel employees as needed
  • Thorough understanding of supply chain processes
  • Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes
  • Thorough understanding in logistic and distribution processes and compliance
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills.
