This is a full-time, regular employee position within the Customer Center role in Vespasiano, Minas Gerais, 3 days in the office & 2 days working from home. You will be embedded in the Supply Chain Department, where your expertise in operations and planning will significantly impact our company's ability to serve customers efficiently and sustainably.
Your Mission:
In this position, you will strategically plan stock items to guarantee compliance with the On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery commitments according to our clients' needs. You will assess stock risks and health in line with the company’s policies and objectives to ensure optimal stock availability that matches customer demand. By analyzing equipment fleets' hour meters and configuring system parameters, you will ensure maintenance coverage is reliably forecasted and stocked. You will also be responsible for preparing and sharing detailed spreadsheets that communicate delivery time information company-wide, enhancing transparency and supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, monitor, and control purchase orders for imported items daily, ensuring fulfillment and timely delivery by international Distribution Centers (DCs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer performance metrics related to OTIF, proposing data-driven solutions to enhance outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and service teams to advise on and ensure adherence to negotiated delivery deadlines.
- Maintain ongoing communication with distribution centers overseas, gathering real-time data on stock levels, delivery timelines, and order statuses, including those outside contracted times.
- Actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, presenting comprehensive stock vs. availability analysis to support KPI-based service level discussions.
- Develop and sustain OSMI and stock health reports to provide actionable insights into inventory status.
- Conduct monthly stock aging analysis, identifying surplus or slow-moving inventory for joint action plans with sales and marketing, including initiatives like FIRE SALES and M3 adjustments.
- Execute daily stock planning guided by GIM instructions and consistent with company policies to optimize inventory coverage.
- Work alongside marketing teams to analyze fleet aging trends and anticipate parts demand for future planning.
- Adhere strictly to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality management systems.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the Integrated Management System documents, aspects, impacts, hazards, and risks relevant to your role.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Completed higher education in Engineering or Logistics, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge relevant to supply chain operations.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet applications for effective daily operations.
- Experience with specific software tools such as BPCS, Lotus Notes, GIM, M3, and various Distribution Center web platforms to manage and monitor inventory and procurement activities.
- Advanced fluency in English, enabling smooth communication with global distribution centers and international teams.
