Dealer Manager (m/f/d) for the Austria and Switzerland Region

 

We are currently seeking a dedicated, flexible, and highly motivated Dealer Manager (m/f/d) for the Austria and Switzerland region.

 

Your responsibilities with us:

• As a Dealer Manager, you will be responsible for the support and development of our key dealers in Austria and Switzerland, in close collaboration with the Business Development Team.

• Your focus will be on market- and sales-oriented management, as well as intensifying existing customer relationships and targeted acquisition of new partners in the region.

• You will be responsible for advising and supporting dealers, analyzing competitors and market requirements, and independently managing dealer relations.

• Commercial and technical development of proposals, as well as negotiation, will also be part of your duties.

• You will present product innovations, attend trade shows, and expand contacts with associations to strengthen market presence.

 

What you bring:

• Successfully completed technical or business studies or equivalent education

• Communicative skills, customer orientation, and negotiation skills

• Industry knowledge in construction machinery sales is advantageous

• Excellent German skills and very good English skills

• Very good MS Office skills, experience with CRM systems is advantageous

• Willingness to travel within the sales region

• Structured and goal-oriented working methods, high sense of responsibility, teamwork, independence, and commitment
