We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Services Lead -WA to lead our Field Service Representatives and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes across the Western Australian region.
This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on developing people, building strong customer relationships and driving operational performance. You'll work closely with mining customers, internal technical teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure our products and services continue to deliver value, safety and productivity improvements in the field.
About the Role
As Regional Field Services Lead - WA, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7 Field Service Representatives while partnering with customers to solve operational challenges and support long-term account growth.
Key areas of focus include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing field services team.
- Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across maintenance, production and operational teams.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support, inspections and recommendations.
- Working closely with engineering, product development and supply chain teams to drive successful outcomes for customers.
- Supporting forecasting, inventory and supply planning activities to minimise downtime and improve customer service.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and business growth.
- Championing a strong safety culture and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence.
About You
You are a people-first leader who can balance customer needs, commercial outcomes and team performance.
You bring:
- Significant experience within mining, mining services or heavy industry.
- Proven leadership experience leading technical, operational or field-based teams.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance.
- Experience working across operational, technical and commercial functions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Location and package
- Based at the Epiroc Perth Head Office
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Minimum 3 days per week in the office
- Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunity
- Reporting directly to the Head of Region
