As part of the Epiroc Group, we continue to grow our Ground Engaging Tools (GET) business across Australia and globally. Western Australia remains one of our most important regions, and we are looking for an experienced sales leader to help shape what comes next.
The Opportunity
This role is about much more than sales.
We're looking for someone who can lead a team, build capability, strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable commercial outcomes across the Western Australian market.
You will lead a team of six experienced sales professionals, including Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers, while maintaining ownership of key customer relationships and strategic growth opportunities.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building something that lasts.
Someone who takes pride in developing people, creating strong customer partnerships and leaving a business in a better position than they found it.
You will inherit an established customer base and a capable team, but there is significant opportunity to continue growing market share, strengthening relationships and building the next generation of sales leaders within the business.
What You'll Be Doing
At its core, this role is about balancing three key priorities:
Leading People
You will be responsible for getting the very best out of your team.
That means coaching, mentoring and developing six direct reports while creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
You'll spend time in the field with your team, supporting customer engagement, removing barriers and helping individuals grow their capability and confidence.
Growing and Nurturing Customer Relationships
Our business is built on long-term partnerships.
You will work closely with some of the largest mining companies in Western Australia, ensuring we continue to deliver value while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand our footprint.
Success in this role comes from understanding your customers' operations, challenges and priorities, and positioning CR Powered by Epiroc as a trusted partner rather than simply a supplier.
Driving Commercial Performance
This role carries genuine commercial accountability.
You will be responsible for sales performance, pipeline management, forecasting, margin outcomes and identifying opportunities for growth.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help shape regional strategy, support pricing decisions and ensure we continue to grow profitably and sustainably.
About You
You are likely an experienced sales leader within mining, mining services or heavy industry who has built a reputation for developing strong teams and strong customer relationships.
You understand that long-term commercial success comes from people, trust and consistency.
You bring:
