Your Mission as a Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting customers across Namibia by coordinating orders, managing consignment stock, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. What you'll do
- Manage customer orders, quotations and service-related transactions, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication throughout the order lifecycle.
- Support the management of warehouse and consignment stock by coordinating replenishment activities, assisting with forecasting and ensuring inventory accuracy across customer sites.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing regular updates on orders, responding to enquiries, resolving complaints and delivering a high standard of customer service.
- Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse and supply chain teams to support parts sales growth, optimize inventory availability and improve overall service delivery.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities, including shipment tracking, stock transfers, backorders, manual purchases and the resolution of stock-related issues.
- Maintain customer and operational records, prepare monthly KPI reports and ensure all documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company procedures.
- Support service operations by managing service job administration, monthly service agreement invoicing and capital equipment order processing.
- Promote compliance with Epiroc policies, corporate governance standards and SHEQ requirements while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Business Administration or a related field, together with a valid driver's licence.
- Minimum three years' experience in customer care, customer service, warehousing, supply chain or a related operational environment.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues at all levels.
- Experience managing orders, quotations, inventory, logistics or other customer support processes within a structured business environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to work with business systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
