Your challenge is to achieve annual growth of 8% over the business cycle, outperform the market, and continuously improve efficiency with a minimum 3% positive functional cost contribution. What you’ll do

• Achieve business goals in OBK sales, growth, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with the right product applications.
• Assess customer requirements and promote solutions with integrity, ensuring correct product fit and long-term satisfaction.
• Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely product support, demonstrations, and service-related activities.
• Communicate market activities, customer requirements, and service issues to management, ensuring alignment and swift action.
• Prepare reports, maintain customer and competitor databases, and provide insights on industry trends, pricing, and applications.
• •Represent Epiroc at equipment shows, association meetings, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared sales goals.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum of a Diploma in Sales and Marketing/Engineering, or the equivalent years of related experience and/or training.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical related experience in the mining or construction equipment field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
