Your Mission:

• Lead and manage SHEQ and HR functions to support a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
• Ensure compliance with Epiroc Group standards, ISO requirements, and Namibian labour and SHEQ legislation.
• Drive SHEQ initiatives, incident reporting, risk management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning.
• Coordinate SHEQ training, statutory requirements, employee awareness, and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor, report, and present SHEQ and HR performance metrics to management.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate performance management, skills audits, training, and employee development programs.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, payroll, benefits, and employee queries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Support operational excellence through stakeholder collaboration and process improvement.
• Perform any other duties required to support business objectives and uphold The Epiroc Way.

Your Profile:

• Grade 12
• SHEQ Qualification, relevant HR qualification (added advantage)
• Minimum 2 years Industry experience in Industrial and or Mining environments
• Candidate should have exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Implementation and internal auditing
• MS Office Literacy would be required
• Computer literacy with thorough knowledge of Microsoft packages, SHEQ Tools in Operations and Root causation models used in Industry, including statistical capturing and Analysis would be an advantage
• HR experience/ knowledge advantageous

This position is located in Windhoek Namibia.
