Technical Services Supervisor

Mission:

Main Responsibilities:

▪ Lead and coordinate the activities of a team of technicians.

▪ Handle customers in an efficient and professional manner.

▪ Give local technical support to the technicians and customers nationally

▪ Schedule the work and plan visits ensuring coordination of parts and labour.

▪ Promote Service Plans and generate leads for sales.

▪ Compile monthly management reports.

▪ Ensure Compliance to SHEQ procedures

Educational Requirements:

• A qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Effective communication

• Time Management

• Flexibility under pressure

• Continuous improvement

• Computer literacy, good knowledge of MS Office package

• Good people skills and a strong sense of urgency
