Your Mission

Step into a vital role at Epiroc where your precision, organization, and attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly. As a Warehouse Issuer, you’ll be the backbone of our supply flow—receiving, processing, and dispatching goods that power innovation in mining and construction

 

What you will do:

  • Receiving of delivered goods - checking that received goods are correct against the accompanying delivery documents.
  • Recording of all received goods in the Goods Received Voucher. Photocopying of all GRVs and receipt documents for distribution to other departments and Stores
  • Capturing receipts in the system within 48 hours.
  • Preparing import documents and attaching GRCs for accounts processing.
  • Processing and invoicing of usage orders
  • Properly storing / stacking of received goods in the correct locations and clearly labelling for ease of identification.
  • Dispatching goods against the correct documents (delivery note, invoice or material requisition). Compiling weekly schedule of issued Consignment stock for reconciling with system reports.
  • Carrying out of periodic stock counting / verification of stock
  • Support the company SHEQ processes and procedures.
  • Maintain, implement, and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and process to ensure compliance to corporate governance requirements and Group Internal Control. Ensure departmental compliance to Company Policies and Procedures

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Stores Management or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong inventory management and data handling skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
