Order Fulfilment Specialist

Mission:
To enhance customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and operational sustainability through optimized supply chain management. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strategically manage and improve processes from procurement to delivery, contributing to the company’s overall competitiveness.
Key responsibilities:
1. Execution and Improvement of Supply Chain Strategy
Implement and continuously improve supply chain processes based on global and local strategies. Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery rate, inventory turnover, cost reduction rate) to optimize performance.
2. Demand Planning and Inventory Management
Maintain appropriate inventory levels based on demand forecasts. Minimize risks of overstock and stockouts by balancing supply and demand.
3. Procurement and Purchasing Support
Build and manage relationships with suppliers and oversee contract management.
Optimize procurement costs and ensure timely delivery.
4. Logistics Management
Improve efficiency in warehousing and transportation operations.
Reduce transportation costs and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and analyze supply chain-related data to support decision-making.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Finance.
Participate in project-based improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and experiences:
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply chain experience.
- Communication skill in Japanese and English (general communication level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team work and capability to solve problem.
- Skillful Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/ERP
