Supply Chain Manager 1

The role

 Lead the implementation and development of the centralized SCOC structure for identified CC's.
 Manage the Supply Chain Operations Center (SCOC) with employees located in identified CC's
 Support identified CC's by following logistics principles, policies and processes of the new Supply Chain organization
 Support Supply Chain Operations Manager to ensure the new SCOC setup is meeting the Supply Chain requirements of the Divisions & CC's identified within the SCOC area

Competences, skills and experience

*Japanese language proficiency is a MUST.

 Minimum 5 Years of Supply Chain Experience
 Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in Supply Chain and/or Logistics an asset
 Good understanding of the ERP system landscape
 Skillful MS Office user (mainly Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
 Ability to give feedback and counsel employees as needed
 Thorough understanding of supply chain processes
 Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes
 Thorough understanding in logistic and distribution processes and compliance
 Strong English & Mandarin communication skills both verbal and written
 Familiar with China Customs and other regulations.
 Additional Languages are preferred
