Area Sales Engineer Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania and Greece

Location: Serbia or Croatia

 

The Area Sales Manager, ATD, is responsible for managing and supporting the ATD dealers within the assigned area. The role focuses on business partner management, monitoring dealer performance, and driving sales growth through effective territory management and sales channel development. This position also supports local Epiroc CCs with technical support, campaigns, and exhibitions, while gathering market intelligence to ensure competitiveness in the region. Promote safety first in all activities we do.

 

What will be your job?

  • Territory Management (TTM) & Market Strategy:
    • Propose territory management strategies, including setting annual market share targets and reviewing dealer and customer data to update in territory plans.
    • Identify markets for complete ATD product portfolio in territory but also identify business opportunities related to expansion of portfolio.
  • Sales Channel Development:
    • Identify and cover white spots in geographical areas and product segments.
  • Business Partner & Dealer Support:
    • Manage and support dealers in the territory, training, and troubleshooting. Strengthening partner networks to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor dealer inventory levels and receivables to ensure adequate stock and healthy financial operations. 
  • Epiroc CC Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the One Epiroc direct sales team to set targets and review results regularly and support them in their direct sales.
  • Business Management:
    • Maintain responsibility for receivables and manage inventory levels to meet market demand and set goals
  • Campaigns & Exhibitions:
    • Participate in campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing efforts to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Team work and people management:
    • Close interaction with ATD team for finding and creating solutions that creates values for all ATD division and areas.

What should you know and be like to fit to us?

  • Successfully completed technical or business studies or comparable training
  • Communication skills, customer focus and confident negotiation skills
  • Industry knowledge in the sale of construction machinery is an advantage
  • Very good English skills
  • Very good MS Office skills, experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the sales region
  • Structured and goal-oriented approach to work, high sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team, independence and commitment
