Domestic Order Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Handle domestic customer orders (RGD, PSD, CE). Review order information for accuracy, including customer details, product codes, specifications, quantity, price, delivery date, etc. Timely and accurately enter, confirm, and release orders in the M3 system.
-Release production requirements and track the entire order status, from production, warehousing, and logistics through to delivery.
-Communicate daily with the customer center regarding sales forecasts and factory production status. Resolve order processing issues and coordinate solutions.
-Organize special order review meetings and track the processing of special orders (RGD).
-Perform the transfer of delivery notes with the CC warehouse keeper.
-Handle routine system invoice transfers with the customer center and communicate to resolve issues arising from order and invoice processing.
-Regularly perform order data verification, statistics, and analysis (e.g., order accuracy rate, on-time delivery rate). Produce relevant reports.
-Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety system, Environmental system, and related requirements of the company and external partners. Identify hazards in the workplace related to this position and take preventive measures.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in order processing, customer service, sales order follow-up, or a related field. Familiarity with domestic trade processes.
Education/Knowledge Requirements:
-Associate degree or higher. A degree in Business, Trade, Logistics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
-Proficient in computer operation, including the use of Word, Excel, and other office software.
-Ability to learn and operate the M3 system.
