Mission

To partner with the PC ZJK and GIA CC management teams to develop and execute HR strategies that foster a customer-centric, high-performing, inclusive and engaging culture. Working closely with the RGD division and China HR team, the HR Manager PC ZJK and GIA CC will be a strategic advisor, driving key initiatives in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and leadership development to support business objectives and following Epiroc Group's core values.

Specific Areas of Responsibility

Strategic HR Business Partnership:
- Act as a strategic partner to the PC ZJK and GIA CC management team, providing expert HR guidance and support on business planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and priorities.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions for talent and organizational challenges.
- Develop and implement talent strategy and refine it to help both PC ZJK and GIA CC teams consistently enhance its core competitiveness, build cost, technological and talent advantages.

Talent Management & Acquisition:
- Strategic Insights and proposed actions for an organizational structure aligned with business development.
- Collaborate with ESEA RCoE to carry on end-to-end talent acquisition for the assigned business units, ensuring we attract and select right talents for the company.
- Drive the talent review and succession planning process to build a robust pipeline.
- Implement development programs and career opportunities to enhance employee capabilities and support internal mobility.

Performance & Development:
- Champion the yearly Performance and Development Talk cycle, guiding managers on goal setting, constructive feedback, and development planning.
- Address and manage low performance effectively while recognizing and rewarding high performers.
- Facilitate training sessions on leadership, compliance, and other soft skills as needed.

Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and a culture of high engagement, safety, and integrity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters, including complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations when necessary, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Partner with the ESEA RCoE team to manage local compensation structures, annual salary review processes, and VC target setting related. 
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices in line with company policy and market data.

HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of HR operations (e.g., payroll inputs, contracts, onboarding/offboarding) in collaboration with HR ESEA RCOE team where applicable.
- Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update local HR policies and procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in Business Management or Human Resources
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, 
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and complex employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
- Both strategic and hands-on, comfortable navigating a decentralized, fast-paced environment.
