Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1.Quality Inspection and Standard Control
Be familiar with inspection standards and AQL sampling standards, proficient in using measuring tools and testing instruments such as calipers, micrometers and multimeters, and be familiar with the key quality control points of heat treatment process; independently read drawings and process documents, formulate and implement IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC plans; supervise the implementation of inspection, and verify the consistency of inspection standards, drawings, process documents and inspection specifications.
2.Quality Anomaly and Improvement Management
Determine, mark, isolate and review non-conforming products, and put forward suggestions for rework, repair or scrapping; analyze quality anomalies with 8D, 5Why, Cpk/SPC and other tools, and promote the implementation of corrective and preventive actions; track the improvement effect of defective products, form a closed-loop management to prevent recurrence of problems.
3.Inspection Team and Training Management
Organize skills training, SOP training and safety training for inspectors to improve their inspection ability and standard awareness; supervise the work discipline and operation specifications of inspectors, and be responsible for internal communication and work coordination of the team.
4.System Audit and Compliance Support
Responsible for product audit of key capital equipment; cooperate with customer audits, third-party audits and ISO9001 system audits, provide inspection documents and on-site support.
5.Quality Data and File Management
Calculate and summarize quality indicators such as pass rate, defect rate, rework rate and customer complaint rate, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports; manage inspection ledgers, samples, standard parts, retained samples and quality files to ensure the records are true, accurate, complete and traceable.
6.Other Tasks
Complete special inspections, temporary quality tasks and rectification assigned by superiors; carry out quality training and guidance for all staff to improve the overall quality awareness

Essential Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Automation Engineering or related majors
•At least 5 years of quality-related work experience in machinery manufacturing industry
•Proficient in using various conventional measuring tools, able to independently read mechanical drawings and process documents
•Master quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, Cpk/SPC, understand AQL, familiar with ISO9001 system implementation and audit requirements
•Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, able to independently complete English quality reports 
•Strong attention to detail, problem analysis and cross-departmental collaboration skills

Preferred Requirements
•Quality work experience in mining/construction equipment industry
•Practical experience in quality control of heat treatment process
•Experience in customer audit and third-party audit response
